Pam Wallace is the Regional Administrative Coordinator for the Round Rock clinic. She is originally from Del Rio, TX and moved to Round Rock in 1994. Pam started working at NewSound Hearing in 2011 and was drawn to the profession because she enjoys helping people.
What Pam loves most about saving hearing lives is connecting people back to their world and their family and friends. Outside of saving hearing lives, Pam loves hobbies such as reading but most of all spending time with her family.
My name is Dylan, and I grew in Blanco, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019. I spend my free time walking my dog around the lake, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants in Austin. I have a passion for helping people find a better quality of life through personal connection and finding a solution. I love watching my patients gain confidence again!
James Underwood is a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Round Rock, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas Austin James started working as a hearing instrument specialist with his father. He ran his own clinic for many years in Pasadena, Texas. He has received the certification as a Board Certified Specialist with the International Hearing Society. He also served on the Texas Hearing Aid Association board.
James has 5 grandchildren living close to the Round Rock area, and knows the importance of hearing all the little giggles and sounds that they make. He likes to make that part of life possible for all the clients that come into the office. All the sounds of life usually connect us to one another, and that is why he enjoys helping people hear.
Molly Thrush is the Hearing Instrument Specialist in Round Rock, Texas. She also serves as the Regional Clinic Leader in the central Texas area. Molly is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and attended the University of Mississippi. She was drawn to the hearing industry in college and she started working at New Sound right after graduating in 2015.
What Molly loves most about saving hearing lives is watching each patient transform as they are able to live a more fulfilling life once fit with hearing aids. When patients come back and tell her how they are able to hear their granddaughter or participate in activities again is extremely rewarding to her. Molly knows every patient has different needs and is excellent at finding a solution for everyone!
Outside of saving hearing lives, Molly loves traveling, hiking, cooking, visiting family, and playing with her French Bulldog, Lily!
